I have not received a response to my email and it has been 48 hours.  Why?

99% of the time, our email's got trapped in your SPAM/BULK mail folder. 

Please note that many e-mail accounts do not recognize our e-mail address and mark us as "Spam". Because of this our e-mails may be sent into your "Spam" or "Junk" box. We ask that you please check your "Spam"/"Junk" box to see if our reply has been placed there.

Also, please check to ensure that we are in your address book so that our e-mails are not blocked. Some known email accounts where this problem has occurred are: Yahoo, AOL, Gmail and Hotmail.


How do I order?

If this is your first time buying something, or if you're sending a gift to a friend, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout through our order form.

You DO NOT have to create an account however creating an Account allows you to SAVE your Address details for future orders and also allows you to LOGIN and view/track your current orders.


How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card?

All prices in our store are listed in US dollars. We currently accept VISA and Mastercard through a completely 100% SSL Secure Payment Page.  Your Credit Card information is never stored or shared.


During checkout, you ask for my CVV number; what is that?

The CVV number is the three digit code that is printed on your signature strip following your credit card number.  We ask for it as a security feature.  It helps us ensure that the person placing an order is the actual credit card holder.


Do you offer Express shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Overnight or Express Shipping as our DVD sets are custom ordered.


Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes! We currently ship to 126 Countries Worldwide including P.O. Boxes


What about your returns policy?

Our returns policy is simple. You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason whatsoever for a full refund of the value of the product, shipping fee's are not refundable.

Will the DVD's work on my DVD player?

The DVD's are region free which means they will play on over 99% of DVD players. This includes the major Gaming Systems (Sony Playstation and Microsoft XBox) If you experience problems with the DVD's we will be happy to offer you a Full Refund.


What if I have a defective disk?

Simply email us using the "CONTACT US" button with your order number and defective disc number and we will send a free replacement.

I had a problem paying with Credit Card, what should I do?

Many times, your credit card will place a hold for INTERNET ORDERS.  Making a quick call to your credit card company will usually resolve this issue.

This happens quite often and is not a big problem. Please contact us through the Contact Us link and inform us that you may have encountered a problem. We will look into the matter and get back to you within 24 hours.

Some of these DVD's haven't even been released yet.  How is it possible that you sell them?

There is a section of the American copyright law known as "The Berne Act" that Clearly states: films unreleased in the United States, including original versions of films altered and/or edited for release in the United States, are NOT protected by American copyright; thus, they are considered public domain. The entire purpose of our website is to provide otherwise unavailable films or television shows to the serious collector.


We now ship Worldwide to over 100 Countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Asia and Europe.


Shipping Charges:

All shipping charges will be calculated during the checkout process (based on Zip Code and Product(s) ordered).  We ship via Fedex or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers. We provide door-to-door delivery. All orders shipped are insured in transit for the full coverage amount.  Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes.


Shipping Times:

Please allow a total of 8-14 days to receive your order.  Your order will ship 3-5 days after being placed and then take another 5-9 days to arrive.  You will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email once the order is shipped.  If you do not receive your CONFIRMATION EMAIL, please be sure to check your Bulk/Spam Email folder.

Please note: 
All our DVD Sets are SPECIAL ORDER Items and are only purchased directly from the Supplier AFTER you place your order which allows us to offer such fantastic low prices.  This is also the reason your order takes 7-12 days to arrive.  We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Refunds:


If a customer is not 100% satisfied with their order, they may contact us within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund.  NOTE:  Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded.


Exchange Policy:


If a customer is delivered the wrong item, they may exchange it for the correct one. In this circumstance, please email us within 5 days of having received the package. All you must do is send the product back in its original state.

Defects:


Upon receiving new shipments we always examine our merchandise for damages and defects. Please note that it is also your responsibility to make sure everything is satisfactory. All defects must be reported within 5 days in order to receive your exchange for an exact replacement of that item.


Exchange/Defect/Refund Notes


1 - All exchange/refund merchandise must be shipped back to us in working condition.  Damaged goods DO NOT require return shipping.
2 - All dates/timelines above are based on the DAY the customer receives their DVD's.  This is based on our Shipping Company tracking System.
3 - Damaged goods will under no circumstances be accepted.
